It is recommended the commission review upcoming City events and consider tabling at these events.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The commission has expressed a desire and need to be more “open” to the public with the goal of spreading more awareness of the commission’s existence. Tabling at various public events is one method of doing so. Potential upcoming events include: Concert in the Park on Saturday, September 21, Festa Italiana SSF on Sunday, September 29, and the Farmers’ Market which occurs every Saturday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. All events will be in Orange Memorial Park.
