Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Adopt an ordinance repealing certain sections of Title 20 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and adopting the Zoning Ordinance Update, including a new Title 20 and Zoning Map, and waive further reading.
2. Adopt an ordinance relocating the existing Childcare Fee chapter from Title 20 Zoning to Title 8 Health and Welfare, where other impact fee regulations are contained, and waive further reading.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The City Council previously waived reading and introduced the following ordinances. The ordinances are now ready for adoption.
