Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council hold a public hearing on the Program Year (PY) 2021-22 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the City of South San Francisco's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and adopt a resolution approving the PY 2021-22 CAPER and authorizing its submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The report was made available at the City's Economic & Community Development Department offices, the City's public libraries, and on the City's website. Any com...
