Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council waive reading and adopt an ordinance amending the contract between the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) and the City of South San Francisco to implement the ability for Classic Miscellaneous members in the Executive Management Unit to pay a portion of the employer share of their CalPERS pension costs.

The City Council previously waived reading and introduced the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
