RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council waive reading and adopt an ordinance approving amendments to Title 20 (“Zoning”) of the South San Francisco Municipal Code to modify regulations pertaining to accessory dwelling units.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On May 13, 2020, the City Council introduced an ordinance making zoning text amendments to modify regulations pertaining to accessory dwelling units. The City Council voted to introduce this ordinance for adoption.
