Staff recommends that the City Council adopt an ordinance approving amendments to South San Francisco Municipal Code Title 20 to make minor revisions, corrections, and clarifications; and improve and streamline the development standards in accordance with the General Plan.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On August 14, 2019, the City Council introduced an ordinance making zoning text amendments to update the Zoning Ordinance. The City Council voted to introduce this ordinance, which now requires a second reading.
