Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt an ordinance approving amendments to South San Francisco Municipal Code Section 20.300.007, to update water efficient landscaping regulations.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On May 8, 2019, the City Council introduced an ordinance making zoning text amendments to update the water efficient landscaping regulations in the Zoning Ordinance. The City Council voted to introduce this ordinance, which now requires a second reading.
