Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission open the noticed public hearing, take testimony from any members of the public present, close the public hearing, and continue the item to a future date uncertain.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

After noticing the public hearing for this item, the City determined that it should be continued to a future date. Therefore, staff recommends a motion to open the public hearing and to continue the item to a future Planning Commission meeting, date uncertain.
