Recommendation
It is recommended that the Parks and Recreation Commission discuss the potential cancellation of the November or December Parks and Recreation Commission meetings, and provide direction to staff.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
As done each year, staff is agendizing this item as an opportunity to cancel one or both of the regular Parks and Recreation Commission meetings scheduled for November 19 or December 17, if so desired.
CONCLUSION
Direction from the Commission is requested. A motion and vote is requested to approve a meeting cancellation, if so desired.
