It is recommended that the Youth Commission discuss electronic communications.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Youth Commission will discuss electronic communications, including recordkeeping requirements and Brown Act limitations. The Commission will discuss how to use electronic communications effectively for committee work. Finally, the Commission will review the status of their access to City-provided email accounts.
