It is recommended that the Board review and discuss the Library Board meeting schedule for November and December.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At last month’s meeting, the Board discussed agendizing a discussion to move the November and December meeting dates and times due to the State of the City and the upcoming holidays, as both November and December meeting dates are currently scheduled during major holiday weeks. Board members will review schedules and discuss options for alternative meeting dates.
