Staff recommend that the Planning Commission open the public hearing and continue the item to a date uncertain.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

After mailing public notices on this item, the applicant requested a new public hearing date. Therefore, staff recommend a motion to open the public hearing and to continue the item to a future Planning Commission meeting.
