Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council waive further reading and adopt the ordinance.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

On August 26, 2026, the City Council introduced an ordinance making zoning text amendments to update regulations related to the timeframe for residential entitlements. The City Council voted to introduce this ordinance for adoption.

CONCLUSION

The ordinance is ready for adoption.
