It is recommended that the Cultural Arts Commission, by motion, consider cancellation of a Commission meeting during the summer months.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Consistent with the past practice to cancel a meeting during the summer months, staff is agendizing this item for consideration should the Cultural Arts Commission wish to take action to cancel a regularly scheduled meeting on June 23, July 28, or both.
