Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council adopt an ordinance adding Chapter 8.68 to the South San Francisco Municipal Code requiring the payment of a Bicycle and Pedestrian Impact Fee to mitigate the impacts of new developments on bicycle and pedestrian improvements in the City, and waive further reading.

The City Council previously waived reading and introduced the following Ordinance:
An Ordinance adding Chapter 8.68 to the South San Francisco Municipal Code requiring the payment of a Bicycle and Pedestrian Impact Fee to mitigate the impacts of new developments on bicycle and pedestrian improvements in the City.
