Recommendation
It is recommended commissioners review upcoming regularly scheduled commission meetings to consider which need to be canceled or rescheduled.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The following dates represent the remaining schedule dates the commission is scheduled to meet for the remainder of the 2026 calendar year:
• July 20
• August 17 (liaison out of office)
• September 21 (retreat)
• October 19
• November 16 (Thanksgiving the following week)
• December 21 (Christmas week)
• On the horizon in 2027:
o January 18 (holiday)
o February 15 (holiday)
CONCLUSION
In conclusion commissioners will determine if any adjustments need to be made to the regular commission meeting schedule for the remainder of the calendar year.
