Recommendation
It is recommended that the Parks and Recreation Commission discuss the potential cancellation of the November or December Parks and Recreation Commission meetings.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
As done each year, staff is agendizing this item as an opportunity to cancel one or both of the regular Parks and Recreation Commission meetings scheduled for November 17 or December 15, if so desired.
CONCLUSION
A decision from the Commission is requested. A motion and vote is needed to approve a meeting cancellation, if so desired.
