RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council waive reading and adopt an Ordinance adding Chapter 2.83 to the South San Francisco Municipal Code establishing a Youth Commission.

The City Council previously waived reading and introduced the following ordinance. The ordinance is now ready for adoption.
