Staff recommend that the City Council conduct a public hearing, and continue the item to a future date certain, August 27, 2025.

BACKGROUND

After noticing the public hearing for this item, the City determined that it should be continued to a future date. Therefore, staff recommend a motion to open the public hearing and to continue the item to a future City Council meeting on August 27, 2025.
