Recommendation
It is recommended that the Oyster Point Marina Joint liaison Committee accept the 2025 Oyster Point Marina Annual Report as required by the 2018 Memorandum of Understanding between the San Mateo County Harbor District and the City of South San Francisco.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The 2025 Oyster Point Marina Annual Report, included as Attachment 1, is required to be provided to the Oyster Point Marina Join liaison Committee in accordance with Reference (a), Paragraph 8 of the 2018 Memorandum of Understanding. The report is drafted in partnership with the City and the District with the understanding that both have a mutual desire to facilitate improvements, operations, and maintenance of Oyster Point Marina property under the control of both parties for public benefit.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the City.
RELATIONSHIP TO STRATEGIC PLAN
Acceptance of the 2025 Oyster Point Marina Annual Report meets the City’s strategic goals of maintaining a high quality of life for the community.
CONCLUSION
It is recommended that the Oyster Point Marina Joint liaison Committee accept the 2025 Oyster Point Marina Annual Report as required by the 2018 Memorandum of Understanding between the San Mateo County Harbor District and the City of South San Francisco.
