Recommendation
It is recommended that the Cultural Arts Commission be apprised of and approve the 2026 Cultural Arts Program Annual Work Plan.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Work Plan serves as a dynamic roadmap that not only documents ongoing initiatives but also strategically outlines future projects, ensuring a balance between long-range planning and addressing immediate, near-term needs. This report aims to delve into the comprehensive framework of the proposed work plan, highlighting the significant projects and reviewing the budgets and funding sources associated with each element.
In the process of developing this year’s Work Plan, staff met with the Strategic Vision Subcommittee, whose valuable input continue to guide both the content and future priorities of the Work Plan.
CONCLUSION
Staff will review the Work Plan in detail at the meeting, and recommend the Commission approve the proposed 2026 Cultural Arts Program Annual Work Plan.
