Recommendation
It is recommended that the Cultural Arts Commission have an opportunity to learn more information about the City’s existing public art collection through a monthly highlight.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The intention of this staff report is to address commissioner requests for a guided tour of the City’s Public Art collection. When reviewing this request, staff noted the Brown Act while also being mindful of staff time; therefor staff recommend a monthly self-guided tour. At each Cultural Arts Commission meeting, staff will highlight a few public art pieces and encourage interested commissioners to visit at their own leisure throughout the month.
Attached you will find the April monthly spotlight which are sculpture pieces focused at Orange Memorial Park.
