RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Adopt an ordinance amending the South San Francisco Zoning Map to rezone properties within the Produce Ave / Terminal Court corridor from Mixed Industrial High to Business Technology Park - High, and waive further reading.
2. Adopt an ordinance adopting a Development Agreement with US Terminal Court Owner, LLC and US 131 Terminal Court Owner, LLC for the development of the 101-131 Terminal projects, and waive further reading.

The City Council previously waived reading and introduced the following ordinances. The ordinances are now ready for adoption.
