Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council approve, by motion, the re-appointment of Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee Members, Frank McAuley, Philip Hollenback, and Arian Guzman, and Conference Center Authority member, Pravin Punjiya, to respective four-year terms expiring August 26, 2030, Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner, John Rivas Berrios, to a term expiring August 26, 2028, and Library Board member, Claire Ramsey, to a term expiring August 26, 2029.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
As indicated in the newly adopted City Council Handbook, a total of six incumbents, three Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee members, one Conference Center Authority member, one Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner, and one Library Board member, received written communication informing them of their upcoming term expirations. All members have confirmed their continued interest in serving on their respective advisory boards.
